We believe that Expensify is more than just a tool — it’s a way of life. That’s why we created our lounge, to help bring people together in a way that technology can’t.

What is the Expensify Lounge?

The Expensify Lounge is a working lounge where people go to get shit done. It’s optimized to be the perfect environment to focus on your work, collaborate with others, and advance your wildest and most creative ideas.

From complimentary snacks, coffee, and cocktails to vibrant workspaces with blazing-fast Wi-Fi, our lounge offers a variety of comforts to elevate your day. Who knew something so exclusive could be all-inclusive?

Here’s a breakdown of everything our lounge workspace includes:

• Free and fast Wi-Fi

• Complimentary coffee and snacks available all day

• Complimentary beer, wine, and cocktails available from 4pm to close

• Drink ordering and delivery via Concierge

• Networking and community-building with other lounge guests via Expensify Chat

• Plenty of comfortable seats and private meeting rooms

• Sweeping views of San Francisco and the Bay

• Champagne sabering every weeknight around 5 p.m.

Where is the Expensify Lounge located?

The Expensify Lounge is located on the 16th floor of 88 Kearny Street in San Francisco, California, 94108. This is currently our only lounge location, but keep an eye out for more work lounges popping up soon!

When is the Expensify Lounge open?

The lounge is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday through Friday, except for national holidays. Capacity is limited, and we are admitting loungers on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to get there early!

Who can use the lounge workplace?
