Save 40% on travel booking fees
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, or rail directly with Expensify Travel and save an average of 40% on booking fees. We charge per trip, not per booking, which means more money stays in your pocket!
Per diems are better than ever
A feature you know and love just got an upgrade! You can now set per diems for your team directly in New Expensify, making it even more straightforward to manage daily allowances.
Smarter categorization
Save time and reduce manual effort by applying default categories based on merchant type to your workspace. This helps you get your expenses sorted quickly and accurately.
Duplicate detection
We've improved our duplicate expense detection to help you catch more errors. This can save your admin team hours that would have been previously spent on manual reviews.
QuickBooks desktop integration
You asked, and we built it! In addition to QuickBooks Online, we now fully support QuickBooks Desktop integration, making it easier for even more businesses to sync their financial data.
Bring your own corporate cards
Connect your existing corporate cards to Expensify for automatic import and reconciliation. Of course, you can also get the Expensify card for cash back on every us purchase and up to 50% off your bill!
Custom expense rules
Need more control over spend? You can now create custom expense rules directly in your workspace settings, giving you greater flexibility to manage your team's expenditures.
Full Spanish language support
We're committed to a global experience. You can now chat with the concierge in your preferred language, and choose Spanish in "preferences" for a fully internationalized experience.
