Our upgraded receipt detection is smarter than ever. We’ll let you know if anything appears to have been created by a robot, no more sneaky AI-generated receipts trying to pass through.
Flag prohibited expenses
Prevent policy violations before they even happen. Expensify now flags prohibited expenses as they’re submitted, giving you peace of mind.
Auto-categorization
Concierge is getting even smarter. It now suggests categories for your expenses, learns from your choices, and remembers them for next time. That's a time back in your day!
Download PDFs
Need a hard copy for your records or a quick share? You can now download individual expenses and reports as PDFs. Simple, easy, done.
New admin superpowers
We're giving our admin users some serious upgrades to make managing expenses a breeze.
Cleaner #admins rooms
Say goodbye to cluttered audit logs! Whenever you make changes to your workspace, the audit log updates will collect neatly into a single thread instead of multiple lines. A cleaner inbox means a clearer head.
Bulk review actions

Availability depends on your plan. Bulk Approvals are included in subscription tiers that offer advanced approval workflows (such as Collect or Control). PDF Downloads and AI Detection (e.g. SmartScan, anomaly flagging) are available more broadly across plans, including Individual Workspaces.
