Tighter controls, smarter AI
Scoped admin roles & read-only auditor access
Give admins exactly the access they need. New scoped roles include people admin, payments admin, and card admin. We've also expanded the read-only auditor role to view workspace settings for a better picture of company setup. Learn more about role updates.
New HR & accounting integrations
Connect your people data in a couple clicks. Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, and Certinia integrations are now live. Employees, groups, and org data now flow straight into Expensify. More connections are rolling out through the rest of the year, so stay tuned. Learn more about our new integrations.

Consolidated travel billing for Expensify Travel: Centralize company travel spend without corporate cards or out-of-pocket reimbursements. Your team books through Expensify Travel as usual, and Expensify bills your business bank account once a month with every trip, receipt, and statement in one place. Date-bound mileage rates: Set mileage rates that apply to specific date ranges, so reimbursements always use the proper rate based on when the trip took place. Learn more about date-bound mileage rates.
Export your filtered views: Filter your list of members down to exactly who you want, then export that view directly. Learn more about filtered views.
Bulk download expense reports as PDFs: Select all of the expense reports you want to download as PDFs in one go. Learn more about bulk downloads.
Virtual CFO: Ask, and Expensify analyzes. Our virtual CFO functionality now reacts to your questions with on-the-fly spend analysis in workspace chats, reports, and expense threads with trends, outliers, and answers about where your money is going, all in plain language.
