Trying to find a stuck report or missing expense? We’ve added over 30 new filters to help you drill down fast, including report submission, approval, export, and paid dates. It’s now easier than ever to track every stage of the workflow.
Reconcile expenses in seconds
Bank reconciliation made easy
Use our new group-by feature to organize expenses by withdrawal date so you can match expenses against each bank transaction with zero guesswork.
Credit card statement matching
Set your credit card statement cycle once, and we’ll automatically group card transactions by that timeframe. Reconciling your statement just got way faster.
Approvals that don’t take a vacation
Out of office? Set a delegate before you go, or switch approvers on the fly. Now, approvals don’t get stuck just because someone’s away.
New admin superpowers
Admins now have even more control with these powerful updates:
Duplicate workspaces: Copy all workspace settings or just the ones you need
Reject out-of-policy expenses: Enforce policy with one click
Custom exports: Pull exactly the data format you’re used to from Classic
Expensify Travel upgrades: Central billing, event travel tools, and itineraries are now live
Employee tools that just make sense
