In Playroll's Configurations tab, click Connect and enter your Expensify Partner User ID and Secret to authenticate.

In Expensify Classic, enable Public Receipt Visibility and set the Receipt Required Amount to zero. These settings are required for expenses to sync, and Admin or Owner access is needed to change them. SmartScan auto-reads receipts so nothing gets missed.
